My personal philosophy in Real Estate is a commitment to treat my clients not just as a real estate transaction, but to represent you as I would a business partner. As a silent partner I listen to my client's wants and needs, and then strategize with them to build a successful strategy to bring their home selling or buying goals to fruition.
I have listed and/or sold properties at a wide variety of price points. Selling homes at specific price points is not my ultimate goal, but to see good people meeting their home buying or selling objectives no matter what they might be
I have driven strong real estate sales in the St. Louis area for more than 10 years, after relocating from New Orleans in 2001. In New Orleans I spent nine years in business computer system and software sales. Also, ten years in corporate business to business information technology sales. This helped me to develop my abilities in creating and maintaining strong professional and personal, long-term relationships. Nearly 30 years in professional sales in St. Louis and New Orleans has given me the negotiating skills needed to be an excellent partner for each and every one of my clients.
I studied business and marketing at Loyola University in New Orleans, and I live with my family in St. Louis County. I believe in giving back to community, so I often volunteer and consult for area non-profit organizations. My life and career are full, but it never keeps me from me from fishing, and occasionally golfing. Life requires balance, and if you give me the opportunity I will apply all my skill, energy, years of experience, and passion for stellar customer service to get us both to our goals, all the while enjoying the process.
