'For the best part of the last decade, Robert has been fully immersed in St. Louis real estate. Prior to joining DSIR, Robert focused on commercial real estate primarily working in the areas of finance, development, and green building. As a city resident since 2006, Robert's passion for cycling and real estate combined as he spent hours riding around the city taking a vested interest block by block on the residential and commercial resurgence of the city of Saint Louis. After helping a few friends find houses across the U.S, Robert was encouraged by his wife to follow his passion for helping people find homes with character in Saint Louis. While Robert has been involved in over $250 million in commercial real estate, it was his love of people, neighborhoods, and historic houses that drew him into the residential realm. In little time, Robert established himself as the go to expert for all things central corridor and city selling over 70 homes in 1.5 years.
Growing up in London, England before moving to Saint Louis, gives Robert a unique ability to tout the wonderful amenities and neighborhoods we have here; he too is someone is a transplant and was sold on the city or all of its charms. Robert loves to work with clients from Saint Louis looking for their next move back to the city after downsizing, first time home buyers, or growing family needs in the central corridor. He takes great pleasure in helping out of town transplants find and explore the same wonderful characteristics that has kept him here for the past 17 years, and his knowledge of the city helps new additions to Saint Louis feel comfortable navigating unchartered territory.
Robert received his undergraduate degree focusing on Agricultural Biotechnology from Washington University in Saint Louis, and holds a MA in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development. With these two powers combined he is a worthy addition to any charity trivia team but, moreover, is able to leverage this unique skill set to forge relationships with all manner of persons in order to help them find their dream home no matter the criteria.'
